Personal Trainer
While working at the YMCA as a health and wellness couach Andrea witnessed the vital importance of combining physical, mental AND emotional wellness. Wanting to help those around her to the best of her abilities, Andrea made the desition to become a certified Yoga instructor. Andrea now holds over 260 hours of in class training and is on track to specialize in yoga for PTSD. While utilizing her diverse fitness background, Andrea will work with you to create a wellness plan that will have you excited for your time together!

Andrea started her journey towards a new life for herself and her two boys without a penny to her name. A messy divorce was leaving her financially devastated, health shot and her anxiety was through the roof! Fast forward to today... her and her boys are thriving! They have a life they love that is filled with joy and laughter! Andrea will use her gifts to help you navigate your own journey towards an abundant future, healing and inner peace.
